Processing Time

All items are made to order. We typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During high-volume seasons (holidays, product launches, or promotions), processing times may extend slightly, but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail depending on package size and weight).
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS First Class Mail: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to postal delays or weather.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. We do not upcharge shipping—rates come directly from USPS.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS, transit delays are outside our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help you open a USPS claim or locate the parcel.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
